So Good Co ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use The Formulator mobile app (the "App").

**1. Information We Do Not Collect**
The Formulator is designed to work locally on your device with minimal data collection.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account information.
There are no user accounts.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

**2. Information We May Collect**
**Camera or Photo Access, optional:** Used only for photo-guided goal suggestions and Ingredient Scanner features. Photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded or stored by us unless you choose to save or export a formula PDF.

**Usage and Analytics, optional:** Anonymous, non-identifiable usage data may be collected through Apple tools or a privacy-friendly analytics provider to help us improve the App.

**In-App Purchases:** Handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not see your payment information.

**Device Information:** Basic technical data such as device type, iOS version, app version, and crash information may be used for compatibility and support.

**3. How We Use Information**
Any data collected is used solely to provide and improve the App, generate your custom formulas, support scanner features, and improve reliability.

**4. Data Sharing**
We do not share personal data with third parties except:

as required by law;
with service providers who help operate the App under confidentiality obligations; or
in the event of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

**5. Your Rights**
You can request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us.
You can opt out of analytics where available.
You can revoke camera or photo permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

**6. Children's Privacy**
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email if you have contacted us.
