Order timing
Some products are made, packed, or fulfilled in different places, so items from one order may arrive separately. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout when it becomes available.
Changes and cancellations
Email info@sogoodltd.co as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.
Returns or damaged orders
